For example, if you want to change the UI of the application, you can modify the view without affecting the model or the controller. However, using a framework is not necessary to implement MVC. You can also design and build your own MVC application from scratch using your preferred programming language and tools. This gives you more control and flexibility, but it also requires more effort and expertise.
